Large Herbal Sitz Bath

Calendula flowers, Comfrey leaf, Lavender flowers, Plantain leaf, & Yarrow flowers.

This blend of herbs is great for post-vaginal delivery, painful periods, and heavy cramping.

Use a 1/2 oz of herbs to put into the satchet. Pour 8oz of boiling water over satchet, cover, & steep for 10 mins. Pour tea water along with the satchet into a 1/2 tub of warm/hot bath water and soak 15 minutes.
